The Sound Workshop with Lady E is an in-person experiential learning session hosted by Crystal Tones®. This workshop begins with a short sound bath using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, allowing participants to settle into a relaxed and receptive state. The session then transitions into a hands-on workshop where attendees are introduced to foundational techniques for playing crystal singing bowls and working with sound intentionally.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore different bowls, learn practical tips for sound creation, and engage directly with Lady E and the Crystal Tones team. The workshop is designed to support learning, exploration, and deeper understanding of sound as a mindful and meditative practice.
