Our founder, Snehdeep Aggarwal, had a vision inspired by cities like Munich, Florence, and London, where urban life was blissful, and commutes were a breeze. He thought, “Why not bring that quality of life to India?” Hence, the blueprints of our homes are made to shape lives.

Because unlike most in realty, Bhartiya comes from a background in design. We started back in 1987 designing clothing, and working along the way with the best of global brands, we learned a simple truth: good design brings happiness, whether it’s a well-cut jacket or a thoughtfully built house.

This realization sparked Bhartiya Urban’s mission, and Bhartiya City in Bangalore is where we’re making that vision a reality. We’ve teamed up with world’s known urban planners and architects like Perkins Eastman (New York), Cox (Sydney), BDP Khandekar (Amsterdam), Broadway Malayan (UK), WOW (Singapore), and Edifice (Mumbai) to turn 20 million sq. ft. into a cityscape unlike any other.

In Bengaluru, our Bhartiya Center of Information and Technology (BCIT) hosts industry giants like IBM and Infosys, creating a bustling business ecosystem.
