A medication called Vidalista 20mg is used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It helps treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the male sexual organ, the penis. Both premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction are treated with it. It must be taken 30 to 60 minutes prior to having intercourse.
